What is the High School Placement Test?
Students hoping to attend private high schools will likely have to take the HSPT. This test is taken in the 8th grade and helps determine what high school courses best suit your child’s knowledge and skills.
The HSPT has five sections: verbal skills, quantitative skills, reading comprehension, math and language.
