Meet Our Team

John oversees the educational integrity of our programs, managing and training our team of tutors in Kenosha. He received his undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin Parkside. He also received his masters degree in Mathematics from Western Governors University and his Masters of Education from National Louis University.  John is invested in providing our clients  the strongest most reliable programs available.  

Mona oversees the educational integrity of our programs, managing and training our team of tutors in Kenosha.  Mona along with John work closely with all members of the educational community to ensure that our Sylvan programs are a match for each student, She graduated  with a degree in Elementary Education from Carthage College.

As Center Director, Eddie works with the teachers and students for Sylvan of Kenosha. A former Sylvan student. He studied at Gateway Tech. College. When Eddie isn’t at Sylvan, you’ll find him working on computers.

Janelle is a reading teacher  in Kenosha, WI with a gift for working with kids. While Janelle has many tutoring talents, she finds the greatest joy in reading tutoring. When Janelle isn’t at Sylvan, you’ll find her reading or collecting classic children literature.

Marty is a math teacher  in Kenosha, WI with a gift for working with kids. While Marty has many tutoring talents, he finds the greatest joy in calculus tutoring. He studied at University of Wisconsin Parkside. When Marty isn’t at Sylvan, you’ll find him writing electronic music.

Grace is a reading teacher in Kenosha, WI with a gift for working with kids. Grace has been employed at the Sylvan in Kenosha for over 20 years,  She finds great joy in seeing the success of all her students. While Grace has many tutoring talents, she also finds time to spend time with her grandchildren and help out at her school and church. 

Donna is a reading teacher in Kenosha, WI with a gift for working with kids. While Donna has many tutoring talents, she finds the greatest joy in reading tutoring. When Donna isn’t at Sylvan, you’ll find her listening to music or reading historical fiction.

David is a math and science teacher in Kenosha, WI with a gift for working with kids. While David has many tutoring talents, he finds the greatest joy in Biology tutoring. When David isn’t at Sylvan Learning of Kenosha, you’ll find him traveling, outdoors bird watching, or playing in his band.

James is a math and science teacher in Kenosha, WI with a gift for working with kids. While James has many tutoring talents, he finds the greatest joy in math tutoring. When James isn’t at Sylvan Learning of Kenosha, you’ll find him exploring the outdoors, running, creating D&D games, or playing in his band.

Meaghan is a reading and writing teacher in Kenosha, WI with a gift for working with kids. While Meaghan has many tutoring talents, she finds the greatest joy in reading tutoring. When Meaghan isn’t at Sylvan, you’ll find her reading.
