Our tutors and staff in Cranberry consist of passionate educators who love inspiring children to succeed. Warm, caring and great at relating to kids, our tutors in Cranberry know how to engage and motivate each child in a personal way—building confidence and smiles, as well as skills and better scores. We selectively choose tutors who know local curriculum and can link Sylvan lessons to what’s being taught in school.

Heather Blake Bucy
Tutor
Director
Heather received her Bachelor of Science degree in education from Youngstown State University. She brings a wealth of knowledge to Sylvan of Cranberry, having begun with Sylvan as a Center Director in July 2001. She is passionate about Sylvan and the difference the programs make in students’ lives. Heather is committed to providing families with quality service and supporting them throughout the education journey. Heather enjoys reading, traveling, the beach, and spending time with her friends and family.
Kaleen Q
Tutor
Kaleen currently tutors at Sylvan and works as a building substitute in Freedom Area School District. Kaleen is certified in Elementary Education (grades K-6), but has also worked with all grade levels through subbing! Kaleen has years of subbing which also includes some long term positions. Kaleen has worked at another tutoring center as well, and loves that she gets to help students grow in their learning!
