My grandson, Kaiden (12) has been attending Sylvan learning Center since February, 2026. We live 2 1/2 hours from Jackson. We chose Sylvan because we knew what a great place it was. My youngest daughter, Glynn, Kaiden‘s mother attended over 20 years ago. Kaiden has been attending due to his reading ability. They have been assisting him with learning how to read. I am enjoying Sylvan, due to they accessed my child to see the level she was on, then they accessed her again in 3 Months to see was there any improvement. They always kept me informed what she needed to work on and her improvement. The atmosphere is always pleasant. I did enrolled my child to another learning center at first, but it was not what I thought it should be. She wasn’t improving there after one year and half, so I decided to withdraw her. I can't say enough great things about Sylvan Learning Center! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely invested in my child's success. This was by far the best choice we could've made for our daughter !! She started with a 52 in math , and ended the year with an 80 !!! We couldn’t have done this with all the amazing tutors at Sylvan !! She loved all her tutors they were all so helpful and sweet , her favorite was Mrs Cinthia !! Definitely recommend!!

My child was struggling in the areas of math and reading and was on the verge of failing second grade. Over the course of just a few months, my child grades have improved dramatically, has passed her state exams, so now she is on the track to third grade. Sylvan has been a great asset to help my child succeed in school!

If your child is struggling with reading or other academic skills, Sylvan Learning Center is the place for them. Mrs. Kristine Wozniak and her staff are amazing. They truly care about the children and their progress. When my nephew started, he was performing well below grade level. In third grade, he couldn’t read or spell, had trouble remembering sight words, and lacked confidence in himself. We have had an absolutely wonderful experience at Sylvan’s Learning! The growth we’ve seen in our child academically, has been truly impressive. The staff is caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s development. Our child has gained confidence, improved learning skills, and shows excitement about learning, which speaks volumes about the environment and teaching approach that the teachers give. Sylvan has helped tremendously with my child's reading. My child's reading confidence and reading comprehension has improved over the last several months. We also saw improvement in grades and standardized test scores.
