Wanda
Tutor
Wanda received her Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Eastern Kentucky University. She retired from teaching at Ludlow Elementary in Ludlow, Kentucky in 2000 after 29 years of teaching the fifth and sixth grade. After retiring from Ludlow, she taught grades 5, 6, 7, and 8 in Catholic Schools. She has been tutoring at Sylvan Learning of Crestview Hills since May, 2002. Wanda tutors in Academic Reading, Beginning Reading, Math, Academic Writing, Advanced Reading Skills, ACT, Study Skills, Homework Support. Her favorite thing about working for Sylvan is interacting with the students and seeing them achieve. She really likes it when they learn something they were struggling with; and, suddenly it’s a breeze for them!
Jordan
Tutor
Jordan joined the team at Sylvan of Crestview Hills in September, 2016, tutoring in Reading, Writing and Math. She graduated from NKU with a degree in elementary education. She has worked as an interventionist and is currently a first grade teacher. She loves seeing kids grow over the course of a year and watching their confidence build! She also enjoys helping students achieve their goals and seeing the moment when a student finally understands what they were learning. Outside of teaching, She likes to bowl and travel. Jordan likes to read–her favorite book is “To Kill a Mockingbird”. She also loves cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats!!
Paige
Tutor
Hello, My name is Paige Graham. I am a graduate of Xavier University and have my master’s in teaching from The University of the Cumberlands. My certification is in 5-12th grades, with my area of content in English Language Arts. I enjoy teaching because I love learning and always growing with the students I teach. My hobbies are traveling, cooking, and of course, reading! I love to read biographies and be active in community service projects through the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels.
