Brea Hester

Director
Brea Hester is the Center Director at Sylvan Learning, bringing over 10 years of teaching experience and 2 years as a School Director. Passionate about education, she chose Sylvan to help students achieve success and create an environment where each child can reach their full potential. Brea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Administration from Purdue Global University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in Education at Capella University. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality moments with family and friends.
Montanna Wilber
Director of Education
Director
Montanna started his Sylvan career as an instructor tutoring Math, Reading, Writing, and Study Skills for middle and high school students. Now, as the Director of Education, Montanna oversees the quality of student programs and tutoring instruction. He is personally invested in maintaining student progress while fostering their curiosity and love for learning. He holds a BA in English with a Creative Writing concentration, as well as an AA in Arabic from his service as a linguist in the US Army. Montanna is happily married to his wife Terry and is the lucky bonus dad of four children.
